Bio Nutrient is a liquid formulation which is dosed into a water body once a week to once a month depending on water quality. It is effective within hours of dosing any size body of water.

Through the growth of Phyto Planktons, this revolutionary formula significantly increases the amount of dissolved oxygen while kick starting the natural biological cycle already occurring in waterways.

Increase Dissolved Oxygen – Bio Oxygenation kick starts a beneficial Phyto Plankton bloom. Phyto Planktons are special types of algae that live inside ‘glass houses’ – they have hard outer shells made of silicon and oxygen, the same elements that make up glass. These outer casings are made of two half cylinders that fit together like a jewelry box. Inside this shell is a single celled organism that photosynthesizes, releasing Oxygen.

Higher DO levels result in tangible changes like cleaner water, reduction in BOD, lower coli form levels, elimination of foul odor, reduction in mosquito colonies in water and healthier aquatic life. Bio Oxygenation is a substitute for algae control and nutrient reduction products.

Silica is a valuable part of the Bio Oxygenation Filter Process

Phytoplankton are responsible for almost three fourth of the oxygen produced on Earth.

Due to their glass like structure, they need less light to photosynthesize and therefore photosynthesize faster and earlier in the day, out-competing filamentous algae like harmful Blue Green algae (BGA) or green algae for nutrients such as N and P.

Highly mobile, Zooplankton feed on the Phyto Planktons and the fish feed on zooplankton thus completing the natural food chain in a healthy water body. The organics exit the water in the form of fish biomass as the biological filter is improved.

1 liter of Bio Nutrient releases 200 to 1000 kgs of Oxygen, Produces 200 to 1000 kgs of Phyto Planktons, Consumes 16 to 80 kgs of N and 2 to 12 kgs of P, Consumes 300 to 1400 kgs of Co2 and thus will significantly increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water while balancing the biological filter.

I Liter of Bio Nutrient is applied to 2,000,000 gallons of water once a week to once a month depending on the water quality.

Shake the bottle well before dosing. Bio Nutrient mixes very easily in water, mechanical mixing is not required. Bio Nutrient is dosed by diluting in the lake water and poured in the accessible parts along the periphery of the lake near an inlet or on the water fall or over the boils. As Phyto Planktons are most active early in the morning, it is recommended that Bio Nutrient be dosed at dawn, once a week.

Bio Nutrient is applied based on daily intake of waste water. For an intake of 500,000 gallons of water per day apply 1 liter per day. For tanks not exposed to natural light, install 2 x 50 watt LED lights above equalization tank, anaerobic/anoxic tank, aeration tank, MBR tank and permeate tank.

  Bio Nutrient is an innovative product of the century which constitutes major micro nutrients required for accelerating the growth of Phyto Planktons. All one has to do is to is dissolve Bio Nutrient in contaminated water. It has a silica base and consists of iron, magnesium, cobalt, boron, calcium, manganese, zinc, molybdenum etc that promotes the growth of Phyto Planktons and not any other form of algae. Addition of Bio Nutrient shows effect within five minutes on dissolution in water like sewage water, fresh water, sea water, effluent water etc.

Bio Nutrient consists of the micro nutrients that trigger the growth of Phyto Planktons in the water bodies. The growth of Phyto Planktons is due to the presence of silica base in Bio Nutrient which is the major constituent of the Phyto Plankton’s outer shell unlike in other algae which have cellulosic cell wall. Addition of one kilogram of Bio Nutrient can remove 140 to 1400 kilogram of carbon from water and replenish it with oxygen by stimulating the growth of Phyto Planktons.

The bloom of Phyto Planktons in water after 3 hours up on adding Bio Nutrient acts up on the organic wastes utilizing CO2 and converting to O2 for dissolving in water. Increase of O2 concentration in water facilitates the growth of aquatic species like zooplanktons, fishes etc.

Since addition of Bio Nutrient shows bloom in Phyto Planktons that in turn are foods for the zooplanktons. The zooplanktons are eaten by small fishes. Then big fishes feed on the small fishes. Due to the addition of Bio Nutrient, the food chain in water is restored. Using Bio Nutrient once in a week helps maintaining the water for the survival of the aquatic species.

Fish kills in ponds, lakes etc are due to the decrease in O2 level. Minimum O2 in water should be 5 ppm. If it goes below that, the water body becomes unfit for the aquatic life forms. But by adding Bio Nutrient, this situation can be reversed in about a week time with more dissolved oxygen available for the survival of life in water.

Bio Nutrient facilitates the growth of Phyto Planktons and not any other algae. Other algae like blue green algae disrupt the ecosystem in water. The formation of Red Tides depletes the oxygen in water. But the addition of Bio Nutrient triggers the bloom of Phyto Planktons but prevents the growth of other algae.

It absorbs CO2 and releases O2 thereby increasing the oxygen level in water.

Due to this the natural food chain in the water is restored wherein the Phyto Planktons are consumed by zooplankton, which are consumed by small fishes. These small fishes are fed by larger fishes. Fishes are consumed by humans and other animals. The water is also clean and available for irrigation of the nearby farms.

Bio Nutrient  should be dissolved in water then added to water bodies and plants. The more diluted it is the better it is absorbed by the plants. Depending upon the extent of contamination the concentration of the product should be increased or decreased.

  1. Bio Nutrient has to be taken in 60 Mesh net and dissolved in water. One kilogram of the product for 2000 cubic meter of water
  2. One liters of water should be dissolved in 100 liters of water in a tank and released in the lake.
  3. For lakes, rivers etc the product could be added once in a week to get the best result.
  4. The efficiency of the product is increases with increased dilution.
  5. The test determining the quantity of the product required depends on the ultimate dissolved oxygen level required.
  6. One has to optimize quantity of Bio Nutrient required for each water body.
